How to use the Office party raffle wheel

A party raffle has to be quick and easy to see, and nobody should win twice. Paste your staff list, go fullscreen on the projector and start.

  1. Step 1

    Press Paste or import to add your staff list, or import a CSV saved from Excel.

  2. Step 2

    Press Exclude after each draw so winners can't be drawn again.

  3. Step 3

    Select Fullscreen to show the wheel on a projector. You can download the draw history as a CSV file.

FAQ

Can it handle hundreds of people?

Yes. With many entries the slices get thin, and the name shows large on the board above. Try it with your real list and projector before the event.

Can I set first and second prizes?

There are no prize settings yet. Run one draw per prize, or draw in order and match the record to your prizes.
